Telephone Assistant – Office-BasedLocation: Worcester (WR3)Salary: £27,000 per annum (£12.21 p/h weekdays, £15.00 p/h Saturdays)Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per weekShifts: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday mornings, 1 in 8 max)Type: Permanent, office-based only Are you confident on the phone, full of personality, and ready to be part of a brilliant, fast-paced team?We’re working with a fantastic Worcester-based business who are growing fast and looking for a Virtual Assistant to support their national client base.You’ll be joining a tight-knit team providing call handling, diary management, customer service and PA support for over 250 clients across all kinds of industries – from trades to law firms. If you love variety, thrive under pressure, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Answering a high volume of calls (80–100 per day) with professionalism and a smile
  • Acting as an extension of the client’s team – managing diaries and taking messages
  • Providing top-notch customer service and admin support
  • Juggling multiple priorities and adapting quickly to different clients’ needs
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every task
You’ll Need To Be:
  • Confident, friendly, and naturally positive on the phone
  • Super organised with strong attention to detail
  • A clear communicator with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate and a quick learner with systems
  • Flexible and reliable – able to cover holidays and occasional Saturdays
Working Hours:You’ll be working one of the following shifts on rotation:
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday shifts: 9:00am – 12:30pm (approx. 1 in 8)What’s On Offer:
