Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Manager
Location: Office-based (with flexibility for some weekends, evenings, and Bank Holidays)
Contract Type: Permanent
Travel Requirements: Significant/Regular travel may be required
To lead and support the effective sale of new build homes across the Group's development programme, ensuring maximum return on investment while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to address service issues and improve delivery.

Ensure accuracy and compliance of all sales documentation with group policies and industry standards.

Facilitate the successful sale of new homes, aligning with the Group's strategic objectives and development programme.

Provide expert advice on legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure delivery of sustainable, compliant housing.

Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team in line with business needs.

Review and enhance sales processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations and support profitable growth.

Liaise with legal service providers to streamline sales processes.

Conduct market research and data analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Support the finance team with accurate sales reporting.

Contribute to special projects and initiatives aligned with the Group's values.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

Experience in a similar sales or property development role

Understanding of Help to Buy regulations, consumer codes, and sales practices

Project management experience

Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively

Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE English and Maths grade C or above, or equivalent)

Experience managing a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiar with email/internet communication

Experience using SAP (desirable)

Full, current driving licence

Background in customer service and/or administration

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

No direct financial responsibility, but may make recommendations to support financial decision-making

Manages direct staff (1-5 team members)
