For the successful Street Scene Supervisor our client is offering:
- £16.65 per hour
- Monday - Friday days (09:00 - 17:30)
- Temporary position
The role - Street Scene Supervisor:
- Supervising a team that contributes to keeping city tidy
- Planning capacity, ability and work schedules
- Providing effective communication with front line teams
- Managing customer relations and expectations
- Providing professional leadership to the team, developing and managing staff
What our client is looking for in a Street Scene Supervisor:
- Experience of line management in an operations environment - ESSENTIAL
- Demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure - ESSENTIAL
- An ability to exercise professional judgement and discretion - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends when operations demand - ESSENTIAL
- Good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills, able to produce reports and use- ESSENTIAL
- applications such as Microsoft Office - ESSENTIAL
- Driving licence - ESSENTIAL
