Hours: Full-Time – 32.5 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30am – 3:15pm
Tuesday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Smart Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and qualified Teacher to join an SEMH school in Worcester. The school caters for children aged 7–16 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) from across Worcestershire. Class sizes are small, typically 8–12 pupils per class, ensuring a supportive and tailored learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Teacher in this SEMH setting, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across a broad curriculum, with a particular focus on secondary-aged pupils. You will provide a nurturing and structured environment that supports both academic progress and emotional development, helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence.
