SEN Teaching Assistant – Worcester

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Worcester?

Winner Education are seeking dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in the Worcester area. We have flexible and long-term opportunities available, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support pupils with SLD, ASD, sensory needs, and challenging behaviours

  • Assist in classroom learning and practical activities

  • Provide personal care when required

  • Support pupils during break and lunch times

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individual learning plans

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND (SLD, ASD, sensory needs, or behavioural challenges)

  • Resilient, patient, and confident working with pupils with diverse needs

  • Ability to provide personal care if required

  • Flexible to work in either primary or secondary settings

  • Teaching experience is a plus, but not essential
