A well-established Social Housing organization is seeking a Ground Maintenance Operative for their Estate and Services Team in Worcester.
The position is temporary and offers an hourly rate of £16.36, paid weekly via umbrella.
Key responsibilities include grass cutting, green waste disposal, hedge reduction, strimming, weed management, shrub maintenance, and litter picking.

As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will be:

Grass cutting and collection
Removal and disposal of green waste
Hedge and bush reduction and shaping
Strimming
Weed management
Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting
Litter picking

To be successful as a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role ( Ground Maintenance/ Grounds keeper/ Head Gardener/ Estate Maintenance Operative/ External Operative)
A driving license
