IT Manager - Leadership Opportunity
Salary - Up to £52,000

Are you a seasoned IT leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? Do you have a talent for guiding technical teams and ensuring robust, secure, and efficient IT systems? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced IT Manager to lead support teams based in the UK and Poland. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the continuity and security of IT systems across factory locations, while supporting strategic infrastructure growth and operational excellence.


What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (industry certifications like ITIL are a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience managing distributed teams
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including system administration and network management
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and VMware
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
  • Budget oversight experience and resource planning capabilities
  • Prior experience supporting IT in a manufacturing or production-focused setting (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between regional sites


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support IT teams across multiple factory locations in Europe
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to regional staff
  • Implement and refine IT strategies aligned with business goals and security standards
  • Manage network architecture, security frameworks, and system uptime
  • Oversee the rollout of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on budget planning and strategic initiatives
