Employment Solicitor – 2–5 PQELocation: Worcester (Hybrid Working)Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 I’m working with a highly regarded regional law firm that’s looking to grow its standout Employment team with the addition of a solicitor at the 2–5 year PQE mark. The team is Legal 500 recognised, Chambers-ranked, and made up of ten employment specialists spanning contentious and non-contentious work. You’ll be based out of Worcester, with hybrid flexibility and a strong support network from day one. The role offers a great mix of employer and employee work – think TUPE, redundancies, tribunal claims, contracts and policies, and high-level advisory. There's real variety here, alongside the chance to build your own profile through BD, seminars and article writing. 3–5 PQE with solid employment law experience
Confident handling tribunal matters and complex advisory work
