Employment Solicitor – 2–5 PQELocation: Worcester (Hybrid Working)Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 I’m working with a highly regarded regional law firm that’s looking to grow its standout Employment team with the addition of a solicitor at the 2–5 year PQE mark. The team is Legal 500 recognised, Chambers-ranked, and made up of ten employment specialists spanning contentious and non-contentious work. You’ll be based out of Worcester, with hybrid flexibility and a strong support network from day one. The role offers a great mix of employer and employee work – think TUPE, redundancies, tribunal claims, contracts and policies, and high-level advisory. There's real variety here, alongside the chance to build your own profile through BD, seminars and article writing. You’ll be joining a firm that genuinely invests in its people – offering clear development, a strong culture, and a track record of long-term career progression. What they’re looking for:
  • 3–5 PQE with solid employment law experience
  • Confident handling tribunal matters and complex advisory work
