Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters

Advise clients on a wide range of Trusts, particularly asset protection and discretionary trusts

Contribute to process improvements and internal efficiencies

Deliver a high standard of client care and service

Provide cover for Deputy HOFA and MLRO responsibilities during periods of leave
About You:
-
A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Wills and Probate

Strong technical knowledge of Trusts and estate planning strategies
-
Confident, proactive, and highly organised

Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
