Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters

  • Advise clients on a wide range of Trusts, particularly asset protection and discretionary trusts

  • Contribute to process improvements and internal efficiencies

  • Deliver a high standard of client care and service

  • Provide cover for Deputy HOFA and MLRO responsibilities during periods of leave

About You:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Wills and Probate

  • Strong technical knowledge of Trusts and estate planning strategies

  • Confident, proactive, and highly organised

  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
