This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal secretary to provide full support to Partners and Legal Advisors.About the RoleIn this fast-paced and varied position, you'll deliver a full range of Secretarial duties, including:
  • Full diary and email management
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Document production and complex amendments
  • Client file management, including opening/closing and compliance checks
  • Organising travel and meetings for legal professionals
  • Handling client communications and document dispatch, including DocuSign
  • Financial admin support, such as expenses and cheque requisitions
  • Supporting the wider team with cover during absences
This role requires a forward-thinking, highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude.What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience as a Legal Secretary - Essential 2 years minimum in Conveyancing
  • Excellent document production skills, particularly in Word
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and professional approach with strong organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word, digital dictation (PowerPoint/Excel a plus)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
