Investment Management Administrator

Worcester - office based

Salary negotiable to £28,000 plus benefits

A leading wealth management firm is seeking a dedicated Investment Management Administrator to provide critical administrative support to a team of Investment Managers. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience within a regulated environment.

Working closely with the Investment Director and the Investment Assistant, the successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of daily operations and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Investment Management team.

  • Open and close client accounts, process payments, and manage stock transfers.

  • Maintain accurate client and portfolio data using Avaloq.

  • Produce Excel reports and assist with meeting preparation and client communications.

  • Schedule meetings, draft correspondence, and write up file notes.

  • Support trade execution based on instructions from Investment Managers.

  • Assist with team projects and other administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong administrative background, ideally within financial services.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with Avaloq or similar portfolio management systems preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

  • Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the role.
