Do you have the skills to craft precision tooling and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Toolmaker to join the dynamic team and contribute to the creation of high-quality injection mould tooling!

This role is at an international business, located in Worcester
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture high-quality tooling using manual machines and hand tools
- Work to tight tolerances, ensuring the highest precision standards
- Assemble, fit, and polish tooling and dies
- Check tooling with CMM to ensure compliance with required tolerances
- Interpret engineering drawings and work independently
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Fully skilled, time-served toolmaker
- Experienced with manual milling machines, grinders, and lathes
- Proven ability to work with all materials and meet tight tolerances
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
- A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
