Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for new opportunities in Worcester?
Winner Education are seeking a Primary Teacher for a primary school based in Worcester. This role will be working with a year 4 class. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis to start immediately and will be full time, so you must be readily available. You must have a Qualified Teacher Status.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Full class teacher responsibilities
- Lead lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
- Lead and work alongside the class TA
- Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Regular communication with SENCO, parents and outside agencies when required

The successful Primary Teacher must:
- Hold QTS status
- Have previous experience of teaching KS2
- Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
- Show strong resilience and patience
