We are seeking an Office Administrator to become the first point of contact in our bubbly Worcester-based office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, handling phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Prepare the boardroom for meetings and provide hospitality for guests.
- Manage post duties: open, date stamp, scan, and distribute; take daily post to the post office or post box.
- Organize annual client and charity events.
- Keep the company’s social media pages updated.
- Manage stock control of office supplies, arrange shredding collection, and coordinate maintenance visits (e.g., photocopier engineers).
- Ensure the franking machine remains in credit.
- Send out Christmas, birthday, and anniversary cards and gifts to clients.
- Maintain and update client records in Intelligent Office.
- Process letters, application forms, and liaise with providers.
- Maintain a log of receipts, manage petty cash, and keep filing systems for wills and LPAs organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- A team player with strong organizational skills.
