- Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents, and contractors, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and escalating where appropriate.
- Support the arranging of meetings including attendance, information preparation, minute taking and follow up administration, to ensure effective organisation and record keeping.
- Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives.
- Provide an effective and efficient administration service ensuring provision of services, in line with policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
- Maintain effective database records and processes to ensure the accurate recording and timely provision of information ensuring they are as user friendly and accessible as possible.
- Assist in the production of quality information to support the monitoring of compliance with regulations and service standards and enable statutory and performance reporting
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, both for self and others
- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to grade C, GCSE English and Maths
- Some experience of resolving problems
- Good understanding of written and spoken English

- Basic knowledge of asset management systems
