As mentioned above, you will be a Classroom Teacher. The ideal candidate for this role will look like:

  • You must have experience of teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT.
  • Have high expectations and a positive outlook
  • Be an outstanding practitioner who is eager to make a positive difference in KS1
  • Be someone who can always engage and enthuse pupils in learning.
  • Be someone who understands the importance of assessment, feedback and differentiation
  • Have great resilience, determination and uphold our school values
  • Be open to professional development and thinking creatively
  • Have experience of successful subject leadership and vision for driving standards forwards.
