Residential Conveyancer
Worcestershire | Full or Part Time | Competitive Market Salary

A leading and well-established law firm in Worcestershire is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its successful and highly regarded conveyancing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident fee earner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a full caseload independently while delivering exceptional client service.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload independently.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant conveyancing laws, regulations, and procedures.

  • Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.

  • Prioritise and progress multiple matters simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Work collaboratively with fellow fee earners and support staff to uphold exceptional service standards.



About You

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer within a law firm or conveyancing practice.

  • Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing processes.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

  • Confidence in negotiating terms and managing your own caseload using modern IT systems.

  • A team-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.



Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday

  • Part-time options available; working days can be tailored for the right candidate
