Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular property inspections & prepare reports
- Coordinate maintenance/repairs with contractors
- Respond to tenant queries professionally & promptly
- Assist with service charge budgets, financial reports, lease renewals & rent reviews
- Maintain property management software (Re-Leased) and records
- Support compliance tasks, including health & safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Commercial property experience preferred (strong residential background considered)
- Knowledge of lease agreements & tenant relations
- Strong organisational & analytical skills with attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
