Receptionist (12-month Fixed term contract) – Worcester

?? Key Responsibilities
Client Communications & Visitor Management

Welcome and greet all visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.

Field incoming calls and redirect appropriately.

Provide timely responses to telephone and email enquiries.

Manage visitor sign-in (including contractor logs) and distribute passes.
Event, Meeting Room & Office Supply Coordination

Replenish meeting room essentials (e.g. notepads, tissues).

Order stationery, office supplies, and refreshments as needed.

Book and set up meeting rooms for internal events and client meetings.

Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and caterers.

Perform regular safety and maintenance checks.
Mail Management

Handle incoming post, courier deliveries, and special items.

Frank and process outgoing mail.

Log and file records accurately on SOS.

This is a full-time position with shift patterns between 08:30 and 17:30, to be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
