Receptionist (12-month Fixed term contract) – Worcester

We are excited to be representing a Worcester based company who are looking to recruit for a receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients, employees, and candidates, our reception team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive impression of the firm.

?? Key Responsibilities

Client Communications & Visitor Management

  • Welcome and greet all visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.

  • Field incoming calls and redirect appropriately.

  • Provide timely responses to telephone and email enquiries.

  • Manage visitor sign-in (including contractor logs) and distribute passes.

Event, Meeting Room & Office Supply Coordination

  • Replenish meeting room essentials (e.g. notepads, tissues).

  • Order stationery, office supplies, and refreshments as needed.

  • Book and set up meeting rooms for internal events and client meetings.

  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and caterers.

  • Perform regular safety and maintenance checks.

Mail Management

  • Handle incoming post, courier deliveries, and special items.

  • Frank and process outgoing mail.

  • Log and file records accurately on SOS.
