My client, a well-known and successful Estate Agency, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee their Sales team.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 with on-target earnings of £50,000, along with uncapped commission and bonuses.
Candidates are required to have previous Estate Agency experience and must be target-driven with the ability to manage a team.
The role involves valuing and winning business, maximizing revenue, and conducting staff training and reviews.
Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays required.

My client, a well known and successful Estate Agency, are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.

The position will be managing the Sales team, driving the team and the office forward, maximising opportunities and business levels.

Working hours:

Full Time – Monday – Friday, alternate Saturdays

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

Branch Manager requirements:

Previous Estate Agency experience
