Support Worker

Join an independent group of children’s residential homes and a specialist school, located in a scenic village in Worcester. We are currently looking for both qualified and unqualified Residential Support Workers to join our team. Our recent GOOD rating from OFSTED in April 2023 highlights our commitment to providing excellent care and support to young people on the Autistic Spectrum and other learning disabilities.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support young people in the residential home daily, working alongside a dedicated team.
- Help ensure that each young person can reach their full potential and achieve their life goals.
- Engage in activities that promote personal development and well-being of the young people.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that respects individual needs and promotes learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in care, particularly with young people, is required (minimum 1 year).
- A UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster positive relationships.
