Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This pivotal role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless and efficient supply chain processes that drive our success. You'll be instrumental in keeping the production running smoothly and the data accurate, directly contributing to the overall efficiency and output.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
  • Generate and issue work orders based on production schedules and demands
  • Initiate and process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
  • Create purchase orders for required materials and services, adhering to company protocols and vendor agreements
  • Production Monitoring:
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to production plans, making necessary adjustments as required
    • Communicate with shop-floor personnel to gather real-time data, ensuring current and accurate reflections in the MRP system
  • Data Integrity:
    • Maintain and update accurate data in relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  • Supplier Coordination:
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, addressing any issues that may arise to prevent production delays

Your skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in MRP systems essential
  • Strong MS Excel experience
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends
  • Previous experience in a planning or procurement role is highly desirable
