Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester
路Performing a variety of service operations
路Testing tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batters, welding, cutting
路Basic and advanced knowledge of suspension and brakes
路Ensure that all deadlines are met making sure all vehicles are tested in accordance with legal standards.
路Good technical skills
路Defined assembly operations and maintenance repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency
路Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
路Accurately document service work

Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester
路MUST HOLD an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification in motor vehicle engineering
路Preferably a MOT License Class 4 - Class 7 Not Essential but Preferred
路Previous Vehicle Technician experience within the automotive industry
路Hold your own tools and toolbox
路MUST HOLD Full manual UK Driving License
路Right to work in the UK - no sponsorships available
