Are you confident, enthusiastic, and looking to gain valuable experience in secondary schools? Veritas Education is currently seeking Unqualified Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Workington and Whitehaven.

We have immediate and long-term roles available, with both full-time and part-time options to suit your schedule.

What is a Cover Supervisor?

A Cover Supervisor steps in when teachers are absent, ensuring that pupils remain on task with pre-set work. It's a fantastic way to gain classroom experience - perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone considering a future in education.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Supervising classes across various subjects during teacher absences

  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

  • Supporting students to complete pre-prepared work
