23 CIS (Day Shifts) / 30 CIS (Night Shifts)

We are currently recruiting experienced Steel Fixers for a busy and well-established precast concrete factory based in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled tradespeople to join a growing team with the potential for long-term, permanent employment.
Key Details:
- Location: Worksop
- Rate: 23 per hour (CIS) for day shifts / 30 per hour (CIS) for night shifts
- Hours: Approx. 50 hours per week, with both day and night shifts available
- Duration: Ongoing work with potential to go temp-to-perm for the right candidates
About the Role:
- Fixing steel reinforcement in a precast concrete production environment
- Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings
- Assembling and securing steel bars, mesh, and other reinforcement materials
- Working to health and safety standards and within production deadlines
- Collaborating with a team of tradespeople, supervisors, and factory staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer, preferably in a precast or factory setting
- Ability to work from technical and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Own tools and PPE preferred
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to consistent work
