Pay Rate: 14-15
Overtime: Available after 39 hours

We are currently seeking a skilled Concrete Caster to join our dynamic team at our Precast Concrete Factory in Worksop. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing, fast-paced environment, where your expertise will contribute directly to the production of high-quality concrete products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pouring and casting concrete to meet strict specifications
- Operating moulds, ensuring correct materials are used and proper curing techniques are followed
- Inspecting finished products for quality and ensuring they meet required standards
- Working in a team to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Experience in concrete casting or a related role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
