Our schools are looking for certain skills and training when adding to their key stage 2 team, which include:
- Experience working as a Key Stage 2 Teacher
- A QTS or equivalent
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A love for the classroom and education
- An enhanced DBS certificate or the willingness to process a new one
- Experience achieving great success for KS2 pupils
- Creativity and innovation when it comes to planning and delivering KS2 lessons
- The ability to take on feedback and reflect on your professional performance
- You will ideally have a proven track record of success leading pupils into their SATs year which can be evidenced through referencing
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum
- The ability to commute across Worksop
