Location: Worksop, S80 3AT

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday 

Hourly Rate: Up to £20.17 ph DOE

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Lead Production Co-Ordinator to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement across our production teams.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and mentor a skilled team of fitters, welders, and operators
  • Champion health & safety, quality standards, and lean manufacturing practices
  • Coordinate resources to meet production targets and takt times
  • Promote a positive, inclusive culture with a focus on development and teamwork
  • Support engineering on product development and process improvements

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing and team supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of H&S, Continuous Improvement, and Lean principles
  • A recognised vocational qualification in manufacturing or engineering
