We are currently recruiting for a Set-Up Operative for Moulds to join our team at our Precast Concrete Factory in Worksop. This role is ideal for someone with experience in mould setting or a strong desire to learn and work in the precast industry.

As a Set-Up Operative, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up moulds for concrete production, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, adjusting, and maintaining moulds for the precast concrete production process
  • Reading mechanical drawings
  • Ensuring all moulds are cleaned and prepped correctly before use
  • Collaborating with the production team to ensure the correct moulds are used for each job
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any mould-related issues that may arise during production
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
  • Ensuring moulds are in perfect condition to ensure high-quality products are produced
