Job Role: Lithographic Printer
Location: Nottinghamshire (Commutable)
Shift: Days, Afternoons, Nights (Rotating)
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per year

The Company:
A Nottinghamshire-based specialist in manufacturing and recycling, who pride themselves on staff retention through a supportive work culture and strong work/life balance, are looking for an experienced Lithographic Printer to join their growing team.
The Job Role Position:
Due to business expansion and increased workload, the company is recruiting for up to 2 Lithographic Printers.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
- Ensure prints meet colour and design specifications to company standards.
- Monitor final product quality and carry out routine machinery checks.
- Perform colour matching and manage ink usage safely.
- Maintain accurate logs of production, including machine settings, print runs, and material use.
- Keep the working environment clean, safe, and organised.
The Candidate:
- Must have experience operating lithographic printing presses.
- Able to perform colour matching and quality checks accurately.
- Knowledge of inks and printing techniques for different projects.
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow production processes.
- Ideally holds a qualification or certification in flexographic printing.
Licence/Certification Required:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Flexographic printing qualification (desirable)
