To be successful in this Primary Cover Supervisor role, you should possess:

• Experience in an educational setting - previous work with children in schools or similar settings is desirable.

• A relevant qualification - a BA Hons Degree, Masters, or teaching qualification in Education.

• Classroom management skills - the ability to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.

• Strong communication skills - effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.

• Commitment to personal development - a proactive attitude towards training opportunities provided by Academics.
