- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to commissioning
- Lead the design, installation, and delivery of hygienic liquid processing systems (e.g., pasteurisers, CIP, blending, filling lines)
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects meet commercial and technical goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Health & Safety and CDM regulations
- Collaborate across departments and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Produce risk assessments, method statements, and project documentation
- Travel to client sites across the UK and mainland Europe (with occasional overnight stays)
- Proven experience delivering engineering projects in hygienic process environments
- Strong understanding of capital plant and packaging equipment for the food, beverage, and pharma industries
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a bonus)
- Familiar with H&S, CDM regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong communicator and logical problem-solver with commercial awareness
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and work under pressure
- Engineering degree, HND/HNC, or equivalent hands-on experience (apprenticeship considered)
- Full UK driving licence
- GCSEs in English and Maths (AC or equivalent)
- Comfortable with hybrid working and travel
