Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable Precast Operatives to join the Lifting Department at a modern factory in Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a stable, rewarding career with a leading company.
Position: Precast Operative (Lifting Department)
Location: Worksop
Pay:
- 13 per hour (Day Shift)
- 14.95 per hour (Late Shift)
- Overtime: Paid after 39 hours
Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week probation period)
Shifts: Day and Late Shifts available

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely handle and lift precast concrete products.
- Work as part of a team to ensure products are stored and moved correctly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area, following all health and safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
- A team player with a focus on safety and quality.
- Flexibility to work both day and late shifts.
