Location: Worthing
Salary: Up to £32k
We are working with a directly authorised IFA firm based in Worthing, and they’re looking for an IFA administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role where you will be working Monday to Friday with no weekends.

IFA Administrator Duties;
- Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated financial planners.
- Serving as the client's point of contact and overseeing workflows to ensure the services are supplied promptly
- Preparing client valuations and review packs
- Using back office technology to guarantee complete and accurate client records
- Report writing and research for Financial Advisor
Experience required for an IFA Administrator to come on board;
- At least 6 months experience as an administrator in an IFA/wealth management firm
- Alternatively experience for example as a mortgage administrator.
- Confidence when liaising with clients and producing documentation.
