What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the clinical team to deliver person-centred care of the highest quality
- Supporting the Home Manager with compliance, audits, and care planning
- Building trusted relationships with residents, families, and professionals
- Coaching and mentoring nurses and carers to grow in their roles
- Ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always front and centre
- Active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting
- A strong communicator with a hands-on, motivational approach
- Passionate about delivering excellence in elderly care
- Able to work full-time, including occasional weekend coverage
- Up to £53,000 per year
