My client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their well-established team in Worthing. The practice works across a wide range of sectors and always provide innovative, sustainable designs which hit every client's brief. The AJ100 practice delivers services from project initiation to completion and have won numerous awards.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and will ideally be CIAT accredited or working towards. You will have excellent technical abilities and a comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations. Revit proficiency is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Significant experience in a UK based practice
- CIAT accredited (or working towards)
- Advanced technical detailing abilities
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Residential project experience is beneficial
- Confident working independently, and in a team
- Revit proficiency is essential
- AutoCAD proficiency is beneficial
