Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).
Salary: Up to £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.
About The Role:
Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.
This opportunity would suit someone who wants to work for a leading precision engineering business that specialises in the manufacture of small to medium sized, complex components.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision
- Program and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately
- Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications
- Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential)
- Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow
- Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality

Schedule:
- Monday to Thurs, 7.30am - 4.30pm (30mins for lunch)
- Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm
