Salary: £25k - £30k + OTE + Company Benefits
Location: Worthing
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 17.30pm and 1 in 4 Sat 10am - 4pm (hybrid working options after successful CAS status and probation period)

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to new enquiries and booking client appointments
- Conducting fact-finds and affordability assessments
- Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice
- Gaining decisions in principle and managing applications
- Keeping clients informed throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate records using a CRM system
- Adhering to FCA compliance and working within lender criteria
- Building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
- Ideally CeMAP qualified or working toward qualification (full support provided)
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to progress
- Experience in sales, financial services, or property preferred
- Ability to manage your workload and meet key deadlines
- Confident IT skills with the ability to learn systems quickly
- Team-focused with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong understanding of FCA compliance (or a willingness to learn)
