Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 17.30pm and 1 in 4 Sat 10am - 4pm (hybrid working options after successful CAS status and probation period)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to new enquiries and booking client appointments
  • Conducting fact-finds and affordability assessments
  • Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice
  • Gaining decisions in principle and managing applications
  • Keeping clients informed throughout the process
  • Maintaining accurate records using a CRM system
  • Adhering to FCA compliance and working within lender criteria
  • Building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
  • Ideally CeMAP qualified or working toward qualification (full support provided)
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to progress
  • Experience in sales, financial services, or property preferred
  • Ability to manage your workload and meet key deadlines
  • Confident IT skills with the ability to learn systems quickly
  • Team-focused with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong understanding of FCA compliance (or a willingness to learn)
