Location: Worthing - Full-time, on-site (1 day WFH after training)
Contract: Temporary until end of 2025, with potential extension
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000

What the role involves:
- Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in Italian and English
- Providing empathetic, professional, and efficient support to resolve issues
- Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
- Supporting an existing team member with full training provided
What we're looking for:
- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Previous office experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mindset
