Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an fantastic care provider to appoint a Home Manager for one of their very successful elderly care homes.
The home is a small to medium sized elderly care home that provides Nursing and Dementia care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area with excellent links to local hospitals and communities.
The home is performing really well and you will be supportedby a fantastic team including both a DeputyManager & Clinical lead as well as a full time admin and external Quality Support Teams.
The candidate
The ideal Home Manager should be someone who can lead from the front, have a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines. You should have experience of working in a similar setting previously with a proven CQC record.

Location: The home is based near Worthing in East Sussex and is commutable from Chichester, Brighton, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Haywards Heath and Crawley
