We are working with a large Investment management company that is recruiting for a financial services administrator / PA.

My client is seeking 3 individuals to create and new support team. You will dedicated to working alongside Wealth managers and advisors supporting them in the daily administrative tasks, diary management and client contact.

The role duties:

Arranging team meetings, client meetings and appointments

  • Managing the post for your Wealth manager
  • administering new client pensions, investment contracts
  • Effectively liaising with product providers and partners
  • Managing and finalising client documentation from start to finish
  • Managing and coordinating annual client reviews which includes production of valuations
  • Processing investments, fund switches and sales documentation within defined service level agreements
  • Reviewing and completing investment transactions ensuring accuracy in line with original instructions
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Ensuring the back-office system is kept up to date
  • To adhere to FCA regulations, internal policies and procedures at all times

Person Specification:

For this role we are looking for someone who has worked within the Financial services industry. Ideally within an Investment company, however we are happy to look at products providers as well or a Mortgage background.

You will need to be motivated, confident and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

The role will require someone organised and can manage diaries and timelines.

Superb communication skills written and verbal

Attention to detail and someone who can prioritise workloads.

Team player and someone with a positive attitude.
