We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering team at a prestigious Private School close to Worthing, delivering high-quality meals in a rewarding and structured environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals to students and staff
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
* Contributing to menu development and innovation
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen

* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of straight shifts and alternate weekends
