Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Worthing
Salary: 35,000 - 52,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading practice who deliver high quality design services across a range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologists to work within the team that delivers medium to large scale multi-unit residential schemes from 5M - 100M+
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice as well as needing to have obtained a degree within Architectural Technology / Architecture. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and / or REVIT and have good up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree

Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist

ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable

Good knowledge of current building regulations

Proficiency with AutoCAD
-
Strong technical skill set from RIBA stage 4 onwards

Proven ability to produce detailed working drawings from medium to large scale residential projects.

Ideally some experience working on projects for PLC housebuilders.

Full UK driver's license
