Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at University Hospital Sussex for a 2-month contract. In this role, you will provide thorough occupational therapy assessments, treatments, and discharge plans for patients in acute general medicine, frailty wards, and front door teams. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence and facilitating a safe, timely discharge.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
