Quality Inspector

Creative Instrumentation are recruiting a proactive Quality Inspector to ensure both Production and Supplied parts meet our high standards. 

Our processes include CNC Machined Parts, Precision Welding, Assembly, Sub Contract work within Medical, Aerospace, Defence, Automative and Petrochemical sectors.  

The role will involve varied responsibilities within the Quality department including, but not exclusive to: 

• Inspecting internal processed and supplied parts using a range of inspection equipment. 
• Raising and closing out Non-Conformances for internal, customer and supplier issues. 
• Generation and completion of FAIR packs.
• Conducting internal audits and raising any findings as Non Conformances 
• Raising paperwork and certificate of conformances 
• Contract Reviewing new orders.

Skills Required 

• Experience using measuring equipment including verniers, micrometers, height gauges 
• Excellent MS and Administration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience of working with a Quality Management System to ISO9001 
• Proactive and Adaptable nature 
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proactive, driven, self motivated and a team player. 

Desirable 

• Working to the AS9100 standard.
