We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our Property Management team in our Worthing-based hub. You will step into a pivotal role in one of the UK’s most respected property services groups, helping shape the future of our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Centre , this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll oversee a team of seven Property Managers, ensuring exceptional standards, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations of our branch portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily morning meetings and drive team engagement
  • Support team with implementation of new legislation and best practice
  • Mentor and coach team members, delivering training where necessary
  • Investigate customer complaints and deliver effective solutions
  • Monitor team KPIs, workflows, and property compliance (e.g., daily gas checks, churn reports)
  • Conduct interviews and manage team resourcing for holidays and leave
  • Identify and implement service improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate on group-wide projects and strategic initiatives with the Regional Property Manager
  • Ensure alignment with and execution of strategic business objectives
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience within the property industry, ideally as a Senior Property Manager
  • Demonstrated leadership ability managing or mentoring a small team
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Professional telephone manner and high attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required
