Our client, a Health Care organisation in the South East, is looking for an HR and OD Business Partner to support on a medical job planning project.
This role will be a 6- 12 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.
Details:
- Band 8a - 8c (depending on experience)
- NHS experience essential
- Flexible on-site working, face to face meetings and cross-site working
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a very strong OD background to coach managers around the delivery of job planning discussions
- Have excelent conflict resolution skills and be able to manage difficult Job Planning/ Rota discussions well
- Will have a strong understanding of Medical HR and the Job planning process
- Will be a very confident Business Partner or an Organisiational Development practitioner potentially with a Medical Staffing background
