  • Our client, a Health Care organisation in the South East, is seeking an HR and OD Business Partner for a medical job planning project.
  • This role is a 6-12 month fixed term contract with a salary range of Band 8a - 8c, depending on experience.
  • Candidates must have NHS experience and a strong background in organisational development, particularly in coaching managers on job planning discussions.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills are essential for managing difficult job planning and rota discussions effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will be a confident Business Partner or an Organisational Development practitioner, preferably with a Medical Staffing background.

Details:

  • Band 8a - 8c (depending on experience)
  • NHS experience essential
  • Flexible on-site working, face to face meetings and cross-site working

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a very strong OD background to coach managers around the delivery of job planning discussions
  • Have excelent conflict resolution skills and be able to manage difficult Job Planning/ Rota discussions well
  • Will have a strong understanding of Medical HR and the Job planning process
  • Will be a very confident Business Partner or an Organisiational Development practitioner potentially with a Medical Staffing background
