Maths Teacher

Are you a qualified Maths teacher? Are you a strong-willed and confident Maths NQT who has a record of 'Good' or better classroom practice and an understanding of the value of high expectations?

We are working with a supportive and welcoming school in Worthing who are seeking a Maths Teacher to start after October half term 2025..

This role would give you the opportunity to work in an oversubscribed, innovative and forward thinking school, teaching Maths at KS3/4.

This school has a super Mathematics department staffed by an supportive and experienced team. They have a shared ethos within the department that has enabled them to achieve excellent examination results for the past 8 years. They are continually striving to improve, and endeavour to ensure that every student is provided with an outstanding learning environment that allows them to achieve their best.

This is a full-time, long-term maternity cover contract role for a qualified teacher who can fully commit to joining a school with a clear vision and strong ethos.

• A qualified teacher with a formal teaching qualification
• Confident teaching Maths subject at Key Stage 3 and 4 to a range of abilities
• A passion for your subject and education in general
• A desire to work as a team with the rest of the department and the school
