Aftersales Management Guru Opportunity!

An opportunity has arisen with a valued client in the Worthing Area for an experienced Aftersales Manager to head up the service side of this successful, and well-established volume Main Dealer site. You will have the benefit of going into a business that has been successfully run, with a dedicated team in position to support you going forward. All the usual benefits come with this role to ensure you have the complete package you would expect. If you feel you have the skills to run a successful Main Dealer aftersales operation, do not delay, apply TODAY!!!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
  • Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
  • Be responsible for the Parts and Service side of the operation
  • Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in the role of running a busy aftersales department
  • Proven track record of supporting, and mentoring aftersales team members
  • Ability to oversee parts and service department duties
  • A stable work history

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary to £45k
  • Uncapped bonus scheme
  • 8am - 6pm Mon to Fri
