Aftersales Management Guru Opportunity!
An opportunity has arisen with a valued client in the Worthing Area for an experienced Aftersales Manager to head up the service side of this successful, and well-established volume Main Dealer site. You will have the benefit of going into a business that has been successfully run, with a dedicated team in position to support you going forward. All the usual benefits come with this role to ensure you have the complete package you would expect. Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business
- Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets
- Be responsible for the Parts and Service side of the operation
- Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in the role of running a busy aftersales department
- Proven track record of supporting, and mentoring aftersales team members
- Ability to oversee parts and service department duties
- A stable work history
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary to £45k
- Uncapped bonus scheme
- 8am - 6pm Mon to Fri
- Excellent company benefits
