The role:
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, both in the classroom and in small group or 1:1 settings.
Helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to ensure every child receives the best support.
We're looking for someone who:
Is caring, patient, and committed to supporting children with additional needs.
Can bring energy, positivity, and resilience to the role.
Is eager to learn and develop within a nurturing environment.
Has experience working with children (experience with SEN is desirable but not essential - training will beprovided).
